What we do
We focus on long term success. Both for our Markets and Operational Teams our goal is to promote the skills and habits that lead to long term success for our people. We do this from Ireland and Croatia. Within the markets our difference is that we work together. We are collectively responsible for research and innovating new opportunities, but are individually responsible for financial results. That’s a monster difference to the rest of the proprietary trading industry where you sit on your own in a corner. That isn’t us.
